that is when i download games from internet it gets affected most of the time i hav antivirus software but it is of no use.........the system gets slow automatically and windows watever is oped starts triggering.............and finally i doesnt work at all.........and then i used to backup my operating system from the begining..............i have AVG anti virus software...............should i update it from the internet whenever a new one launched......?i dont know anything much in detail anyone plzzzzz HELP!

u should probably get a better RAM...if u have 256 MB ram for instance upgrade to 512 MB ram...or else....maybe u shud try kaspersky anti-virus 7...and kaspersky internet security as well...they are the best...and it does work...and ya...do u have an original copy of windows?? if not...get one...coz all the counterfiet ones are getting wiped out..maybe thaz one reason ur computer is getting hit...
if nuthin works..try getting a new hard drive!!

Go on-line and ask for " Free Anti-virus programs ", also there are some low costs ones out there. Also, find a " Fire Wall " to install so a virus cannot get in to begin with.
