Trojan in my computer?

I ran Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool and this is what it said was corrupt. Win32/tibs.gen!encrypted, but it said it could not remove it, I have eTrust EZ antivirus software as well as firewall and things of that nature. How do I go about deleting it if the virus scanner doesn't pick it up?
