Hi,

If those emails are not from ur known ones, just delete those emails. Dont open suspicious attachments.

Some times u will get viruses to ur inbox coming from ur known ones when Antivirus scanner scans as a virus it better to delete it.

Norton is trustable all over the world, so u can also trust them.

Different softwares recognize different variants of virus'. I run two anti-virus programs.

Best to delete if you are being alerted. Worm virus' are a pisser sometimes and can crash your entire O.S.
Even the best Antivirus software is only about 99% effective on Windows boxes, and most of the free ones are in the 70-80% effectiveness range. As long as you have Windows, there are 114,000 virii that are looking for you. The solution is to get a good open source operating system such as www.kubuntu.org and forget virii.
Go to http://www.infectedornot.com and run a Total Scan.

The web site is owned by Panda Software, and they let you use their new tools (Panda Nano Scan and Panda Total Scan) for free as part of a new awareness campaign. Nobody has more virus definitions than them. Just go there and try the tools, you will check your computer for all kinds of malware.
