There are several. I personaly like AVG Free Edition. In the following link are many security programs. The antivirus top the list.

I used Norton for many years thought it was great but started having problems with p.c. even ended up having some Trojan horses. When I got my new computer I talked to the computer tech. at work she suggested avg free found at %26lt;%26gt;http://free.grisoft.com%26gt; I have been using it for over a year now and love works better than the big $$$$$ programs
