when i try to install the software an empty windoe comes up and nothing happens

this only seems to happen when i use an antivirus software not with anything else

God must be watching over you. Nortons %26 Mcafee, is the very worse junk out there for years. An each an every passing year they continue to get worse. They are hugh resource hogs and they don't really know one virus when you are hit with one. Plus they cliam they remove them, but they are still in your system.

In my spare time I test antivirus/antispyware programs to see if they perform as claimed.

The only two I have found that really work an I consider them to be state of the art technology that is light years ahead of any other free or paid program.

Their corporate version is the same, they just make corporate pay. This company is out of Prague.
